Anyone know where I can get genuine Audi repair in Musaffah without the dealer markup?

My Q5 needs a new control arm bushing and the dealer quoted me something that felt way too high for what's essentially a wear item. I've been told the parts themselves aren't that expensive but the labour at the dealer is where they get you. A colleague mentioned that there are independents in Musaffah that use genuine parts and charge reasonable rates but I don't know which ones to trust. I've had bad experiences before where I was told parts were original and they clearly weren't. Does anyone have a place they've used long term for Genuine Audi repair in Musaffah that they'd actually recommend? I'm not looking for the cheapest option, just somewhere honest that won't cut corners or lie about what they're installing. Also curious if they can source OEM parts quickly or if I'd be waiting weeks.
