Brake pads and discs on my A6, dealer quoted insane amount, alternatives?

So the brake warning light came on last week and I took it to the dealer for a check. They quoted me something close to 4k for front and rear pads plus discs and honestly I nearly choked on my coffee. I know brakes aren't something to cheap out on but that number seems wild for what's essentially a wear and tear job. I started looking around online and stumbled on exoticautoservices.ae while comparing options. The reviews seem decent but I wanted to ask here first since you lot are usually straight with feedback. Has anyone had brake work done outside the dealer on their Audi here? What did you pay and were the parts decent quality? I'm not trying to save a few hundred dirhams and end up with squealing brakes in three months, so I'd rather hear real experiences before deciding.
